This Privacy Policy describes how Agendese Technology LTDA (Tax ID 50.132.516/0001-68), responsible for the Glous brand, collects, uses, shares and protects the personal data handled on our website and app, in line with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email and phone when you create an account in the app.
- Business and schedule data: services, hours, customers and appointments you register.
- Subscription payment data, processed by our payment partner.
- Usage data: pages visited, interactions and device information.
- Cookies and identifiers, subject to your consent.
How we use data
- To provide, maintain and improve the Glous services.
- To process subscriptions, payments and send service communications.
- To measure website and campaign performance, when you allow cookies.
- To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud.

Legal basis for processing
We process your data based on the performance of a contract (to provide the service), your consent (for example, for cookies and marketing communications), compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interest, always respecting your rights.

We only share it with providers that enable the operation of the platform, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors and analytics tools, always limited to what is necessary and under appropriate contractual safeguards. Data and account deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing dpo@glous.app with the subject "Data deletion". We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 15 days, except for data we are required to keep to comply with legal obligations. The request is free of charge.
Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Still, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we continuously work to improve our practices.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we identify such processing, we will delete the information immediately. If you are a guardian and believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us.
International data transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside Brazil. In such cases, we apply the safeguards required by the LGPD to ensure an adequate level of protection.
